The 'name' or 'tag' is just for giggles. Or useful if you have more than
one ISIS process. Then it's a way to keep things separate.

remember to use it on the interfaces as well (ip router isis Bob).
Otherwise you'll get things all messed up.
In larger deployments, it makes sense to use this. In the R&S where you
likely have only one process, my recommendation is to not make things more
complicated than they need to be. That way you don't have to troubleshoot
errors that needlessly occur!
