You need to make an E1 crossover cable for this, but its not viable for a
lab anyway - a router by definition won't allow two interfaces on the same
subnet. If you had another card and router it would work fine.

I used two 7200s with OC3 ATM cards for the ATM labs. It doesn't do some
of the more exotic stuff (ILMI, SVC's, etc) but its a good start.
