RE: The R&S written

I took the test on 29th of Jan and failed with great margin. I had
prepared about 900 questions from first two tests from Boson and Test
king. There were long questions with exhibits and there was not enough
time to think about. So, don't know how to prepare, again...... Even my
CCNP was valid up to today 6th if Feb 2005 and that would expire as
well......any one know if Cisco has some policy that if I pass CCIE
written in one month of this date, would it recertify my CCNP?

And some one told me that as in some regions there is lots of cheating,
like you can buy the pool for $50, they have difficult exam for that
region? Any comment about this?

Regards,

Mohammad Zahid Saeed

I took the "old" test and the "new" and I actually found the new a lot
easier!!!!

I was really bad with much of the "old" content like Token Ring and the
such. I was glad to see it removed.

I wrote a book to help students pass with my CCIE friend Kevin Wallace.

If you go through all of the Flash Cards - all of the Study Sheets - and
all of the Practice Questions on the CD-ROM ....I think you will be more
than ready!

CCIE Routing and Switching Flash Cards and Exam Practice Pack
ISBN: 1587201291

Errrr - I hope the group forgives me for the promotion of this book - I
think I just violated some rules of the group. . . . but hey - this is
the only resource out there right now for the new exam - and Lord knows
that I am not getting rich from Cisco Press royalties!
