router VPN (using CA) not working after reboot

Hi all,
 
My initial build VPN tunnel using CA is fine. However after rebooting the router, my VPN tunnel (using CA) does not work anymore. I then changed the clock to be in the range of the Certificate validation time period. It still not working. Do I have to remove all certificates enrollment and then enroll again? Or is there any commands to quickly fix this?
