You can have E1 over satellite using VSAT in India directly from Europe.
Typical E1 price in India, I would say around $20K per month or above.(
Expensive)

But Many people like to have asymmetric rate ( 2/1Mbps) instead of 2/2 Mbps
of E1 to save a cost.
