Are you discussing real-world or lab scenario? The reason I ask is because
different frame carriers handle DE packets differently. Not all carriers
honor customer-defined DE packets when the carrier is dropping packets.

Here's an example of what I think you are trying to accomplish using the
'set fr-de' command (assuming your carrier will react to DE packets that you
define):

If thinking about how to solve a possible lab scenario - also take into
consideration the 'frame-relay de-list' & 'frame-relay de-group' commands as
a possible solution to the task.
