rommon on 3660, undelete = how ?

   OK guys, I think I am in a hole: Xmodem is next ...
  For now, only rommon is available, I can see the old image show as delete on flash but no luck with undelete ...
  I got a pcmcia card but duno how to format it to class B and do the boot slot0:c3600-xxxx to boot off the image.

  Any tip ? I 'd been google for few hours with no luck yet ;-]]]
