I am sorry the guys has some axe to grind ! look at how many times he makes references to certfied people, But more importantly he is dead wrong! With the advent of the converged networks the landscape has changed yet again ( SBC to buy ATT ) ...read between the lines. I personally believe that circuit switched networks will be completely replaced globally by packet switched networks in the next 10 years !!
Do you really believe these infrastrucrures can come in an eeny beeny appliance? get real.Who will build these networks !Who will support them ? Look at China ! Canada ? Sweden ? These countries have rolled the dice and placed thier futures squarely in real application rich networks. Many central and local Governments globally are now understanding the ROI of Converged Networks , the game has just begun.
The guy is an idiot period.
