If you want your MSCA to issue automatically , you need to specify that
explicitly at the MSCA certificate server configuration. The default action
is to go pending until you manually grant the certs.

Subject: Re: Setup CA in Windows 2000 Server
I am running VPN3015 to Win2K CA mscep. 3015 can install CA no problem,
but when it tries to enroll, it hangs on "polling" status never goes to
"Installed" status, I have to manually go into CA server to click on the
"pending requests" folder on that pending certificate to "issue", then it
will go to "issued certificates"
I guess the right action is the enrollement should happen automatically,
what configuration I am missing?
thanks,
Michael
