* IP as-path access-list permit ^[0-9]+$
* IP as-path access-list permit ^([0-9]+)$
I Was doing a lab on regular expressions and asked to limit outbound updates
to the peering ebgp router to only routes originated from my router's
directly connected As with an exact length of 1 AS. That is containing a
single AS.
I believe both expressions achieve same objective and meet requirement, but
marking scheme says only first correct. I am just trying to understand if
the second expression meets requirement as I tried both, but only one is
marked correct. After applying filter-list, sh ip regexp for both
expressions and sh ip nei advertised-routes come up with same routes, and
this routes are the same routes in solution.
I am wondering if I missed something.

Bola
