Has anyone else had problems with these guys with delivery or sales support?

I ordered workbooks two and a half weeks ago from them (Not exactly a
minor purchase). As yet no workbooks and even more frustrating
absolutely no response to two emails and two voicemails to find out
when I can expect to recieve them.

To say I'm getting annoyed is understating it ...
