Hi John,

My experience at RTP (4 attempts so far) is that the documentation you have
access to is their actual website, which you said you are using. They
restrict access to the rest of cisco.com so you can't get any additional
help. I have never seen or heard of acrobat reader being used, so my guess
is that it is not available, but I could be wrong.

Subject: Will acrobat be available in the lab?

All,

I am using the Cisco Documentation site for practice labs. My
understanding is that this is equivalent to the latest version of the
documentation cd.

I have two questions:

1. Is there anything available on this site which may not be
available in the lab (e.g. PDFs of the configuration guides)
2. Will we have an Acrobat reader on the lab terminals?

Thanks in advance,

John
