Join SSM (S,G) channel

Is it possible to create a SSM SPT tree to a specific multicast source
by joining a Loopback/Ethernet interface to a channel? I noticed that
the "ip igmp join-group" command doesn't accept a source address, only a
group to join. Is there another way to do this?
