You can at least get the main memory up to 128mb and 48mb of flash so you
can run call manager express on it. I have a 2620xm in my online lab and it
is great runs just about everything.

With all due respect to Mr Heffner, you can run all the advanced IOS
features in enterprise and enterprise plus images on the latest 12.2T IOS
(12.2(15)T14) with only 96MB Ram. Also if you plan on running a full BGP
table you would want to look at 256MB Ram.
