even for OSPF, I suppose we need to manually define the neighbour
command.....

        Not currently. This feature is known as Inverse Neighbor
Discovery, but isn't currently implemented in Cisco IOS. For IPv6 over
multipoint NBMA configurations you must currently use static layer 3 to
layer 2 resolution. For more information see:
