Hi,

if I use frame-relay traffic-rate instead of frame-relay cir, I will get a
different result.
e.g

map-class frame-relay test

 frame-relay traffic-rate 64000 96000

 frame-relay adaptive-shaping becn

Spoke2#sh traffic-shape

Interface Se1

Access Target Byte Sustain Excess Interval Increment Adapt

VC List Rate Limit bits/int bits/int (ms) (bytes)
Active

211 64000 5000 64000 32000 125 1000 BECN

any idea why the byte limit is 5000 ? shouldn't it be 1500 ?

rgds
