Though I don't see them anymore, sort of;
They get routed to interface Null0
 
Still, wasting bandwidth makes me sad :(
 
I do recall seeing this mentioned a while back.
It's certainly been happening for quite some time.
 
Maybe someone can pull the plug?

Looks like some user-ids reject the message because they are full. Does
any
one else see the same issue? How to get rid of it? Can the admins
remove
those ids because they doesn't seem to be active?
