David,
You can try these options:
Yahoo Briefcase:
http://briefcase.yahoo.com/
XDrive:
http://www.xdrive.com/
SendThisFile:
http://www.sendthisfile.com/
If you want to live on the edge, you could scan and quickly find
a "public" FTP server or two on your own ;-) Here is an application to
help out:
Ping - FTP Scanner

Subject: Public FTP sites
Hi Group,
I was wondering are there any public FTP sites (just like free
hotmail..etc)
where I can place large files on the web and ask some one else to come
and
pick it up. The reason why I am asking this is some times it is
cumbersome
affair for us to send a large email attachments via email . Even if you
zip
it , some times some of my users are exceeding their allowed limit of
size
they can use.
I am just thinking in case if such as public FTP site is available on
the
net , I may as well advise my users (who do lot of large email
attachments)
to use this facility rather than my precious WAN B/W.
Cheers
- David.
