Thanks Brian, that works! I'm surprised my 2500 12.2 (26) code router does not
support the command:

aaa authentication attempts login 1

Thanks
Ralph.

Subject: Failed Telnet Access.

Hello Guys.

How can I configure a router to respond with the statement "BUZZ OFF"
when telnet access fails (wrong username or password). No AAA server,
but I have a local user/password configured.

Thanks
R.
