Anyway to configure cisco router to be a TACACS+ or RADIUS

I have a remote lab setup, thanks to my friend so I can not hook-up a
PC or anything but there is an extra 2600 running 12.2T. Is there a
way I can turn it into tacacs/radious server to practice security part
? Is there any other way of simulating it without hoooking up a PC ?
