        What would you change in task 11.3 and 11.4? The only
indicator in using delta or absolute would be the value being monitored.

The solution with `delta` makes better sense.
The tasks 11.3 and 11.4 need to be changed to indicate use of `delta`.

Good job Brian and Brian working on solutions and making them better.

Is there a way to get notified if there's a newer solutions and/or
workbook
version available?
