Mani,

        SMTP packets above 1250 bytes will be matched by the SMTP class,
not the ABOVE_1250. The MQC works in a top-down fashion like an
access-list or route-map does. If you are asking if the SMTP above 1250
should hit the second class based on the requirement, no, they should be
hitting the first.
