Hi group,
After hours of reading, ...
U can not get a vlan in UP/UP state without putting in an interface in up/up
and STP forwarding state.

U can disable this default enabled feature on 3550 with this command:
"autostate disable"
I don't hnow right now the consequences. I still searching.
