Andre,
The "rotary" command under the vty line will allow the router to
listen at ports 3000, 5000, and 7000 + the number configured. If there
is a specific port value you want (like port 80) use NAT to accomplish
this. The specific translation will relate to where the inside and
outside interfaces are.
