IE Lab 12 Task 1.14 alternate solution

 Hello,

 In this task we are supposed to prevent a router with a Mac address
 0030.1369.87a0 from communicating if it is connected to interfaces fa0/7
and fa0/8. The solutions guide has us place a static arp entry to a port
that is not in use. Would another valid solution be the drop option instead
Of specifying an interface ?
