Dear All,
I have the following case:
I got two layer 3 switches connected to each other by a layer 2 link; only
the default VLAN is enabled on that link.
I'm sitting on one side of those two switches, on the other side I have
three layer 2 switches, connected to the layer 3 switch. No spanning tree
enabled since I have no loops.
I've configured all switches with vlan interfaces (on the default VLAN) in
order to manage them. But, when I try to ping any of those three switches, I
get a reply for the first packet and the rest time out. The weird thing,
after few tries I can make it through and I can start telneting to those
switches.
Any clue?
Ehab
