Just to add to Andy's post - the 197.68.20.0/23 ge 24 le24 matches
197.68.20.0/24 and 197.68.21.0/24. In order to match 197.68.21.0/24 and
197.68.22.0/24, two prefix-list statements will be required, such as the
following.
deny 197.68.21.0/24
deny 197.68.22.0/24
permit 0.0.0.0/0 le 32
By the way, you can test the prefix-list against your local BGP table with
the command:
sh ip bgp prefix-list 1
