Have you tried NMC's labs - aka CheckIT labs.

They're written by Val Pavlichenko and Bruce Caslow. The labs are really
good - both tough and difficult (probably more tough than the real lab in my
opinion). Also, after the lab, you're given a score-card on your answers,
plus the answer key, plus unlimited access to compare your configs to the
real configs.
