DHCP based on switch's MAC address

When switch forward the dhcp request, it can include both MAC address and
SNMP ifIndex in the DHCP request by configuring "ip dhcp relay information
option" command on the switch.

How can I configure a DHCP server to use the swtiches' MAC address along
with the SNMP ifIndex in determining the correct ip address pool?
