Considering the wildcard "*" for anything previous to "jpg", then both would
fit the model just fine.
Realistically, (AFAIK) the only mime type containing "jpg" is an image type.
Sooooo.... *shrug*
They both work.

Just for clarification on a working configuration, to match jpg files of
MIME types what is the correct syntax?
DOC CD says:
Class-map test
Match protocol http mime "*jpg"
OR is it:
Class-map test
Match protocol http mime "image/jpg"
