By reading the documentation I would assume that it is enabled by
default (ping 2 packets). Usually, the default commands do not show up
in the show running-config, type "no ip dhcp ping packets" and see if
shows up in the config, then type "ip dhcp ping packets 5" and see if
it shows up also. Then type "ip dhcp ping packets 2" or "default ip
dhcp ping packets" and if the command vanishes from the configuration
this is the default.
