yeah, ok, so if you're going to criticize someone for making lots of
mistakes, i think it's only common etiquette to ensure that your flame
email is flawless.

hence, please look up the following words in a dictionary:

I cannot comment on the quality of the HelloComputers workbook, as i've
never seen it - i can tell you that the InternetworkExpert workbook was
enough to get me through the R&S CCIE lab on my first attempt with
approximately 6 weeks total perparation time (written exam on July 16th,
Lab on August 26th)

so yeah, i'd give it the thumbs up.
