Click on 'Sample Chapter(s)' on the left side, and read the pdf (follow the
flowchart in figure 6-30). The pdf on this webpage is only about 1/3 of the
MPLS L3 VPN chapter in the book, but I think it will probably cover your
issue (assuming that it is, as your post suggests, an LSP issue).
