Hi Derek,
Did you use the 'hardware-address' or 'client-id' option?
My guess would be that you used the 'hardware-address' option. If you
did try using 'client-id' with 01 prepended to the mac-address. If you
already tried this, please post your configs and the output of 'debug ip
dhcp server packet' and 'debug ip dhcp server events'
Regards,

Subject: DHCP Question
Quick question
Trying to configure a DHCP pool to allocate a static IP Address to a
Windows
2000 client. Tried using the MAC Address with and without the (01) at
the
beginning of the mac address and also triedusing the Hostname with no
result.
Is there any specific DHCP Option that I have to set. The Windows 2000
Client
always gets allocated an IP Address from the Main DHCP Pool.
Any Ideas.
regards
Derek
