Hi,

If what i understand is correct....
you have enabled authentication on either of the ospf areas and are trying
to use a virtual link to bridge btwn two broken area 0 then u dont need to
use any authentication on the virtual link as implied.

If its asked for that the virtual link be authenticated then only you should
use virtual link authentication ( which is available in the virtual command
arguments)
