The first one.
It matches 132.2.x.x and only /24 masks........

I wanto write a prefix list that match 132.2.x.0/24 where x can be any number?

Which one is correct?

ip prefix-list IN seq 5 permit 132.2.0.0/16 ge 24 le 24
or
ip prefix-list IN seq 5 permit 132.2.0.0/16 le 24
