You have your decimal places wrong. 62.5 = 62.5 ms = .0625 seconds. So,
make sure your units of measure are consistent ie don't use bc = 64512 bits
per interval and 62.5 seconds. It won't work.

As for the slight difference between 1032192 and 1024000, don't worry about
that. That's just rounding error.
