Yep, it's fair game, but if it's on there, it won't be worth alot of points.
Personally, I would take the time to understand the diferences between GLBP,
VRRP and HSRP, so that you will know which one to use based on the wording
of the task. If not, you could end up trying to configure HSRP when another
technique is required and wasting alot of time. The good thing though is
that it doesn't take long to understand.
