I actually found "Introduction to DOCSIS 1.1" on PEC and guess who is
the instructor? ;-)
(Is it safe to start with this one? So far I know that DOCSIS 1.0 has
no QoS, 1.0+ has one basic "priority queue", and DOCSIS 1.1 has plenty
of QoS).
I could not find ICCR available online though.
