        Unless the VLANs are configured on the devices they will not be running spanning-tree instances for them. There are two solutions in this case. Either go to every switch in the domain and issue the "vlan 2,3,4,5,7" command to create all the VLANs, or change the modes to client/server, create the VLANs on a server, and change them all back to transparent.
