Bear in mind that RFC 2166 changes that behavior a bit. As listed below.
So YES, you need to consider both ports, but they are NOT both tcp ports any
longer.

that means we need to consider both ports 2065 and 2067 (and if we are using
prioritization then some more ports). Right?
