You're using IP plus image and it doesn't have ISIS. Try typing 'router
isis' and you'll get 'Protocol not in image'.
Also, there are hidden commands in the IOS that are not shown when you press
'?'.

Subject: 2500 release with dialer-list clns
The IOS version I am using (c2500-is-l.122-15.T11.bin)on my 2500s supports
router isis, but does not support clns in a dialer-list.
r4(config)#router ?
bgp Border Gateway Protocol (BGP)
eigrp Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP)
isis ISO IS-IS
iso-igrp IGRP for OSI networks
mobile Mobile routes
odr On Demand stub Routes
ospf Open Shortest Path First (OSPF)
rip Routing Information Protocol (RIP)
r4(config)#dialer-list 1 protocol ?
bridge Bridging
ip IP
ipv6 IPv6
llc2 LLC2
What version supports both features?
