This has been discussed a few times on GS and might be applicable in your
situation.

The IOS "?" doesn't include all the options available.

There are 2 commands you need to use to get isis to work properly over isdn.

Define interesting traffic with: dialer-list # prot clns_is Notice the "S
underline I".

If using legacy DDR, dialer map clns <remoteNET> Notice that here, there's
no "_is" following clns.

I don't remember for which command the IOS "?" help system doesn't work
correctly, but I know that with isis, you can't depend on the help system.

So, just enter the commands as needed and it will work as long as everything
else is configured correctly.
