Hi,

I have seen this in the new 827 series CPE , it reappears even removing it.
I think they come default with 12.3 version of IOS.

Please correct me , if something wrong ?

Anyone knows where this acl is coming from? I have not configured it but it
appears when issuing show access-lists:
 
Extended IP access list sl_def_acl
    10 deny tcp any any eq telnet log
    20 deny tcp any any eq www log
    30 deny tcp any any eq 22 log
