I can not help about bootcamp yet (hope I can soon), but the advice you receive about the mock labs is very good.
I went for two CHECKiT until now, and really recommend it. They are very difficult and are there to test what you have studied; the advantage over the real Lab is that you get a report about how you did. Each topic is graded and you receive tips about points you should take care next time. More, you can contact NetMasterClass about especific questions. They have answered all my question so far. Not to mention a tool called Master/ShowiT that you can use several days after finishing the mock lab, which simulate the scenario with thousands of commands.
