Hello,
Found a command that I can't figure out what the use is for, it's
"redistribute <routing protocol> metric transparent". It seems to be only
available under RIP, when redistributing another routing protocol. Here's a
sample:
R3(config)#router rip
R3(config-router)#redistribute ospf 1 metric ?
<0-16> Default metric
transparent Transparently redistribute metric
I haven't found much documentation on CCO.

The only configs I could find with the command applied were for MPLS or VPN:

Any help would be appreciated, TIA, Sean
