Hi all,
is it possible to view the SNMP mib tree through the CLI to find out what one
might include or exclude from an SNMP view?
I have a scenario here that asks to restrict SNMP access so that IP routing
tables may not be retrieved by an SNMP manager.
The solution goes as follows but there is no mention in the question where the
values for the MIB objects were obtained.
Ollie.
snmp-server view noRIB internet.6.3.15 excluded
snmp-server view noRIB internet.6.3.16 excluded
snmp-server view noRIB internet.6.3.18 excluded
snmp-server view norib internet included
snmp-server view norib at excluded
snmp-server community public view noRIB RO
snmp-server community private view noRIB RW
snmp-server enable traps tty
snmp-server host 137.10.125.101 public
