Manu,

You use the same command to apply shaping parameters to a dlci on a
multipoint int as you do for a p2p int. I've got burned on that myself.

Unlike with isdn, with f/r static maps, there's no class option, so just use
the fram interface dlci x command under the p2m int and that will put dlci
config mode. Then specify the class.
