Filtering Multicast streams / Groups on single broadcast domain

I have been playing with different methods to filter multicast group
information within a single broadcast domain , with no luck ...... In a
single broadcast domain environment which would obviously require no
multicast configuriation ....... How could you limit which trunk / Gig
uplinks and other FastE ports a known multicast group stream could reach ,,,
I have also tried vlan-maps with no luck...... Say there is a PC tech who
images software on a given broadcast domain , and it is affecting other
users on that broadcast domain , how could you say ok ,,, I only want these
specifc ports to get that stream ???
