Would this actually stop the call from being made?
My understanding is that the call will still be made, then almost
immediately dropped. Therefore if this caller keeps calling, the line
will be bouncing.
I think a better solution would be to get the telco to block this number
from calling u.
The above is just a guess, hopefully someone who dealt with this before
can clarify.
